You can get the White Sword of the Sky by completing The Mother Goddess Statue Side Quest. This quest will automatically unlock upon completing all of the Goddess Statue quest.
The Mother Goddess Statue is near Mayausiy Shrine, inside the Forgotten Temple.
The Mother Goddess Statue Walkthrough and How to Unlock
In the event that you break or lose the White Sword of the Sky, you can obtain another sword from the Mother Goddess Statue by offering x1 Dinraal's Claw, x1 Naydra's Claw, and x1 Farosh's Claw.
Unlike other Legendary Weapons, the White Sword of the Sky cannot be purchased from Bargainer Statues.
You can get the White Sword of the Sky by scanning the Link (Skyward Sword) amiibo.
All amiibo Rewards and Unlocks
Scan an amiibo by making sure amiibo scanning is enabled in the Options Menu. Then, press and hold the L button, select the amiibo icon in the Tool Wheel, and tap your amiibo on the NFC Touchpoint of your controller.

to clarify incase anyone didn't understand what this guy said, you can get the sword again by refinishing the quest. Seems a much steeper price then just Poe's but i guess it's symbolic
