A quick way to get Red Chuchu Jellies is to expose the blue Chuchu Jelly to fire or scorching weather.
To do this, you can throw a Fire Fruit on a pile of Chuchu Jellies, or simply throw them down and leave them out in a scorching location such as Eldin Canyon until they turn red.
