Its available in a chest surrounded by a wall with one tree in it, at the Tabahl Grove in the underground. 2662, 0251, -0558.
many amiibo weapons can be found without amiibo like the dusk claymore or the twilight bow (typhlo ruins and hyrule castle respectively)
You can get it from amibo THATS how I got it but I forgot which one
