One of Misko's Treasures, the Rubber Armor can be found in Whistling Hill Cave. Explore the deepest part of the cave until you reach a dead end. There'll be a raised platform to your left you can ascend up to. From there, a Rock Like, a Shock Like, and a couple of breakable rocks will be the only things that stand between you and the Chest with the Rubber Armor.
How to Get the Rubber Armor:
Location and Stats
Shoot yourself skyward from the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower in the Central Hyrule region. It's going to be a moderate glide east towards Whistling Hill.
The entrance of the cave is found in a large rock outcropping just to the left of Teniten Shrine.
This Bubbulfrog is located exactly at -0132, -1059, -0008 within Whistling Hill Cave.
As you go deeper into the cave, mind the ceiling, keeping an eye between the stalactites. This sneaky Bubbulfrog can be found nested between these rocky formations so it might be tricky to find the best angle to shoot it down with a bow and arrow.
