The Trousers of Awakening can be found in this cave as part of the Misko's Treasure of Awakening Side Quest. To get it, you'll have to first take down the Thunder Gleeok in the Coliseum.
With the Thunder Gleeok out of the way, find the statue next to a Soldier's Claymore leaning against the back wall on the first floor.
Use Ultrahand on the Soldier's Claymore and place it by the statue's hands to open the Coliseum Ruins Cave entrance on the floor just beside the statue. Misko's Altar with the Treasure Chest can be found at the end of this short cave.
Misko's Treasure of Awakening Walkthrough and How to Unlock
Shoot yourself skyward from the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower in the Central Hyrule region. Glide southwest towards the Coliseum Ruins.
As detailed above, the entrance to this cave is guarded by a Thunder Gleeok. It's highly recommended to take it down first. With it out of the way, use Ultrahand to take the nearby Soldier's Claymore and place it in the hands of the Statue by the south wall. This will cause the cave's entrance to be revealed.
This Bubbulfrog is located exactly at -1137, -1281, 0032 within Coliseum Ruins Cave.
The Bubbulfrog is hiding in a den blocked by several wooden crates. Destroy the crates to reveal small opening you can crawl through.
