To find the chest containing the Frostbite Shirt, simply follow the path and progress deeper into the cave until you see a small altar or tent surrounded by thorns.

Burn the thorns using a Fire Fruit or Yunobo's ability, and open the chest in the altar to get the armor.

Head Southeast from Rospro Pass Skyview Tower

TOTK - Brightcap Cave Route

To find Brightcap Cave, head southeast from Rospro Pass Skyview Tower in the Hebra Mountains region, and glide towards Oromuwak Shrine.

Entrance on the Base of the Hill

TOTK - Brightcap Cave Entrance

On the base of the hill, east of the shrine, is the entrance to the cave. There will be two NPCs in front of the entrance, and talking to them will start the Cave Mushrooms That Glow quest.

This Bubbulfrog is located exactly at -3033, 1573, 0209 within Brightcap Cave.

Above the Ledge at the End of the Cave

TOTK - Brightcap Cave Bubbulfrog Location

The Bubbulfrog will be on top of the ledge at the very end of the cave. The sides at the top will be surrounded by thorns, but you can use Ascend at the bottom to get up there easily.
