A Picture for Wetland Stable can be unlocked by examining the empty frame in Wetland Stable, located in the Lanayru Wetlands Region. Lawdon will talk and give you the side quest after that.

Wetland Stable is located in the Lanayru Wetlands Region. Wetland Stable is slightly to the north of Tukarok Shrine.

The exact coordinates for this quest on the map are 0897, -0146, 0026.

How to Complete A Picture for Wetland Stable
1. Head Over to Kakariko Village
2. Take a Picture of the Ring Ruins
3. Give the Picture to Lawdon

Head Over to Kakariko Village

Tears of the Kingdom - Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower

Fast travel to Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower (1341, -1176, 0166) and use the launcher to fling yourself up to the sky and glide to Kakariko Village which is located at the northeast of the tower.

Alternatively, fast travel to Makasura Shrine if it is available within your map. The shrine is located in the southwest of Kakariko Village.

How to Get to Kakariko Village

Take a Picture of the Ring Ruins

Tears of the Kingdom - Ring Ruins

Once you are in Kakariko Village, ready your Camera and take a picture of the Ring Ruins, the donut shaped structure, towering Kakariko Village.

If you fast traveled using the Makasura Shrine method, you can just go look to the left and you will see the Ring Ruins. Note that you need the red exclamation point prompt saying Ring Ruins to appear when taking a picture.

Return to Wetland Stable and Give the Picture to Lawdon

Tears of the Kingdom - Lawdon

Fast travel to Tukarok Shrine and return to Wetland Stable, then examine the empty frame.

Lawdon will talk to you and there will be a prompt to give him the picture during the conversation. Choose Like this one? and let Lawdon finish his dialogue. Once Lawdon is done talking, the side quest will be completed.
