A Picture for Tabantha Bridge Stable can be unlocked by examining the Empty Frame in Tabantha Bridge Stable which is located in the Hyrule Ridge Region. Dabi will give you the side quest afterward.

The Tabantha Bridge Stable is located in the Hyrule Ridge Region. Tabantha Bridge Stable is located in the southwest of Makurukis Shrine.

Cross the Bridge West of Tabantha Bridge Stable
After unlocking the side quest from Dabi, go outside and go to the west of Tabantha Bridge Stable. Cross the bridge to go to the other side.
Alternatively, you can skip crossing the bridge if you use a Hover Bike to fly which you can create by fusing two Zonai Fans and a Zonai Steering Stick in the middle.
How to Make a Hover Bike
In order to make a Hoverboard, you will need use Ultrahand on two Zonai Fans and a Zonai Steering Stick.
The two fans need to face down in order to blow the wind downwards. Tilt the Steering Stick a bit upwards and attach it to the end of one of the fans.
Afterward, attach the other fan to the other end of the steering stick to create the Hoverboard.
How to Make a Hover Bike
Prepare to Fight the Flame Gleeok
Once you are in the Ancient Columns, there is a Flame Gleeok staying in the area. It is recommended to prepare against the Flame Gleeok by using weapons with ice attributes like fusing an arrow with Ice Keese Eyeball.
It's also a good idea to equip armor that protects against volcanic heat since the Flame Gleeok's attacks will rapidly heat the surrounding area, which will damage you without protection.
How to Get the Flamebreaker Set
Make a Campfire and Wait Until Morning
After defeating the Flame Gleeok, put a Wood on the ground and use a Fire Fruit or any items that are flamable to burn the wood and make a campfire.
Sit by the fire and pick Morning. The coordinates of the Ancient Columns are: -3614, 0450, 0260.
Take a Picture of the Ancient Columns at Sunrise
Ready your Camera and take a scenic shot of the Ancient Column at sunrise.
Note: You need the red exclamation point prompt saying Ancient Columns at sunrise to appear when taking a picture.
Return to Tabantha Bridge Stable
After taking the picture, teleport back to Makurukis Shrine and go to the Tabantha Bridge Stable.
Examine the empty frame.
Dabi will talk to you and there will be a prompt to give him the picture during the conversation. Choose I've got a picture. and let Dabi finish talking to complete the quest.
