How to Complete Fell Into a Well
1. Fix the Ladder Inside the Well

Fix the Ladder Inside the Well

TotK - fixing the ladder

Dillie is stranded inside the well as he can't reach part of the ladder where it broke. Grab the ladder segment on the ground with Ultrahand and attach its end to the rest of the ladder.

Talk to Dillie afterwards to receive a Purple Rupee and complete the quest.
