Talk to Glarens inside the Emergency Shelter in Lookout Landing. Select the option How about big monsters? > Molduga!

You must have finished Bring Peace to Hyrule Field for this quest to be available.

TotK - Talk to Gralens about the Molduga

Talk to Gralens who will mention that the scouts saw a Molduga and he needs your help in defeating it.

Find and Defeat the Molduga

WANTED Molduga Location

You can find the Molduga around the East Barrens in the Gerudo Desert near the coordinates (-2384, -3383, 0019). Keep in mind that the Molduga will roam around the area, so look out for a wave of sand moving.

Once you spot the Molduga or it spots you, try to find high ground so that you can engage it safely.

How to Beat Molduga

Report Back to Gralens

TotK - I Hunted Something

Return to Gralens and report a successfull Molduga hunt. He will give you a Silver Rupee for your efforts.
