Talk to Gralens who will mention that the scouts saw a Hinox and he needs your help in defeating it.

Find and Defeat the Hinox

WANTED Hinox Location

You can find the Hinox in Trilby Plain at coordinates (1303, 0912, 0027). If you already finished Ekochiu Shrine, fast travel there so you can get there faster.

The Hinox is in a relatively open area so it's easy to avoid its attacks. Keep your distance and aim for the eye!

How to Beat Hinox

Report Back to Gralens

TotK - I Hunted Something

Return to Gralens and let him know that you defeated the Hinox. He will give you a Silver Rupee for your efforts.
