Talk to Sayge inside the Dye Shop in Hateno Village. He will mention that he wants to see a picture of a Chuchu in your album. Finishing the conversation will trigger the start of the side quest.

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom TotK - Get a Photo of Chuchu

Chuchus are generally easy to find and they spawn randomly across all of Hyrule! What you want to get a photo of is an ordinary Chuchu, not its other variants.

Run around the plains outside Hateno Village and wait for a Chuchu to emerge from the ground, and take a photo of it.

Show the Photo to Sayge

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom TotK - Return to Sayge.

Once you have a photo of a Chuchu in your album, head back to the Dye Shop and speak again to Sayge. He will reward you with the Chuchu Fabric upon completion.

Sayge will ask you to take pictures of other subjects for reference after. This is a way to get a good amount of fabric designs for your paraglider!
