After interacting with Kilton, talk to Koltin, his older brother, next. He will ask you to get some Bubbul Gem for him.
You can obtain a Bubbul Gem by defeating a Bubbul Frog. These frogs are often found hanging from the ceiling of caves or ruins. Easily take one down by shooting it with a Bow!
After obtaining a Bubbul Gem, return to Koltin to receive your rewards. He will tell you about his goal to travel Hyrule in search for more gems, hinting that you both will see each other in the near future.
