Ice-Breath Lizalfos can be defeated instantly with just one hit of a fire attack. Fuse Fire Fruit or Red Chuchu Jellies to your arrows, or use fire weapons against them to end the fight right away.
The Ice-Breath Lizalfos will continuously spew out ice from its mouth, so if you want to engage them, wearing Zant's Helmet or an upgraded Snowquill Set is highly advisable.
The Ice variants tend to use melee attacks and will often chase Link around to freeze him. Switch to your bow and keep your distance while attacking them in order to avoid getting frozen.
Shooting their heads will knock them down and deal critical damage. It would be easier to hit their weak spot by using a bow with a Five-Shot Burst modifier.
Ice-Breath Lizalfos A quick-witted, lizard-like species of monster found all over Hyrule. They are a troublesome species that spit balls of ice and store freezing power inside their pale horns, but will die instantly if touched by fire. They live mainly on snowy mountains. |
