Have One Poe and Talk to the Bargainer Statue in Lookout Landing
You can find the first Bargainer Statue at Lookout Landing in the Central Hyrule region. This statue will only speak to you once you have at least one Poe in your inventory.
Offer it one Poe to get one Dark Clump and gain access to the items that you can exchange. Buy the Dark Tunic for 150 Poes.
