Talk with Parcy who will challenge you to break the ore deposit in just a single hit. If you are successful, she will allow you to get all the gems inside.

Choose a Suitable Weapon

Blunt weapons, preferably with the Demolisher passive like the Boulder Breaker, can break rocks and deposits in a single hit.

Break the Ore Deposit in One Hit

Equip your weapon and hit the deposit once to break it. Finish the dialogue with Parcy afterwards to complete the quest, then pickup the gems as your reward.

It's possible to get other gems from the deposit because I gotten a Ruby and a Diamond from my playthrough of the game
