In princess Zelda’s room, near the folding wall there’s a chest where you can get the Royal guards cap
Kinda a spoiler but you can also buy the royal guard uniform after beating the side adventure in Hateno village
You can find the royal guard cap in Zelda’s room. That’s next to her study
The Royal Guard Armor is in the Soldier's Quaters on the loft with the broken staircase.
I found the Royal Guard Uniform. It's in or right near the Guards' Chamber, which can be reached if you go through the Dining Hall and just follow the stairs. I'd post a pic if the map, but the page reloads every time I try to attatch an image lol
