The Mask of Awakening can be found inside a chest in the Thundra Plateau Cave with coordinates (-2267, 0851, 0081). You can fast travel to Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower and head southwest or to Runakit Shrine and head southeast to reach the cave.
Alternatively, you can get the Mask of Awakening by scanning the Link (Link's Awakening) amiibo.

The Tunic of Awakening can be found inside a chest in the Ancient Columns Cave with coordinates (-3527, 0414, 0242). You can fast travel to the Iun-orok Shrine and head south to reach the cave.

The Trousers of Awakening can be found inside a chest in the Coliseum Ruins Cave with coordinates (-1157, -1268, 0034). Fast travel to the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower, launch yourself to the sky, and glide southwest towards the coliseum.
Alternatively, you can get the Trousers of Awakening by scanning the Link (Link's Awakening) amiibo.

The total cost of materials to fully upgrade the Hero of Awakening Set to the highest rank are 225 Luminous Stones, 12 Star Fragments, and 2280 Rupees. You can upgrade these armor pieces by speaking to any Great Fairy.
