A quick way to get White Chuchu Jellies is to expose the blue Chuchu Jelly to ice or cold weather.
To do this, you can throw an Ice Fruit on a pile of Chuchu Jellies, or simply throw them down and leave them out in a cold location such as the Hebra Mountains until they turn white.
