From the Gutanbac Shrine, head northeast and use the Ascend ability on the platform connecting to the large tree.
Enter the tree and open the chest on your right to get the Archaic Warm Greaves.

You can rebuy the Archaic Warm Greaves from Cece in Hateno Village for 80 Rupees after obtaining the armor beforehand in the game.
