Lined with molted Rito feathers, this tunic was made by Rito artisans for Hylians visiting cold climates. The feathers are stacked in each layer to retain body heat.

The Snowquill Tunic is a Body Armor that has a base defense of 3.

Equipping the Snowquill Tunic will grant you the effect: Cold Resistance.

It is a part of the Snowquill Set, and wearing the whole set grants the Unfreezable Set Bonus.
