Launch yourself from Lookout Landing's Skyview Tower and glide north towards Hyrule Castle. The Dusk Bow is located within a broken section of Hyrule Castle's tallest spire specifically at -0256, 1061, 0509.
Prepare for a long glide by increasing your stamina or bringing stamina recovery food. Be sure to wear the Glide Set to help close the distance between the Skyview Tower and Hyrule Castle!

The Dusk Bow respawns every time there is a Blood Moon. It will always spawn at the top of Hyrule Castle.

You can randomly obtain the Dusk Bow through scanning the Zelda (Super Smash Bros.) amiibo. This lets you unlock the weapon instead of finding it within the map.
Keep in mind that Amiibo Scans are rng-based, so it's possible you'll receive something else when you receive the contents of the chest! Don't worry though as you can always try scanning again tomorrow!

Scan an amiibo by making sure amiibo scanning is enabled in the Options Menu. Then, press and hold the L button, select the amiibo icon in the Tool Wheel, and tap your amiibo on the NFC Touchpoint of your controller.
