Hi I received the dusk bow from Zelda amiibo!
Stamina upgrade not needed. Used ascend from lower levels, the bow sits at the chipped part of hyrule castle's top part.
You can get the Dusk Bow atop of hyrule castle in a little broken part of the main top so keep on climbing no stamina upgrade needed as i found this by accident just after i landed on surface Use the landing Sky topwer and som stamm food to get over to hyrule castle
