The Goron quest Mine-Cart Land: Death Mountain unlocks the Goron fabric. You need to do 2 other Mine-Cart Land quests first, they're in the Southern Mine. The Zora fabric is from The Blue Stone quest. Talk to the Zora at the dock of East Reservoir Lake to start it. Like the other comment said, you need to finish the Zora and Goron main quests first for these to spawn.
There's 3 more designs that are quest rewards, each quest only unlocks after finishing the main story of an area. One for Zora, one for Goron, one for Gerudo
You're also missing the fabric Addison gives you for helping him put up every President Hudson sign
this is arguably the nicest looking paraglider as well! Amazing design!
Ive noticed another missing Fabric, the Zonai Survey Team Fabric, acquired by bringing pictures of all ancient hyrulean tablets to wortsworth in kakariko village
you forgot to add the Lurelin Village Fabric
If you go where the Hylian Shield was in BOTW you get the Royal Pattern. You must drop down from above. Warning, Phantom Ganon
You forgot the glider design you get after finding all 147 bubbul gems
You can also get the Lurelin pattern by: -Clearing the pirates out of the village -Repairing the village in its entirety -Doing the sidequest for the NPC near the village entrance (the one in Cece clothing)
The Tears of the Kingdom Link amiibo gives out the "Champion's Leathers Fabric".
The Wolf Link Amiibo also gives you the "Mirror of Twilight Fabric". The Chest only spawns if it contains the Fabric, otherwise it is just the rain of meet.
also if you go on the top of the temple of time and do a quest you get the zonai fabric (you need the zora armor)
goron fabric - final quest of the shooting ballons from mining cart minigame (start on a cave in the south mine) zora fabric - missing wife quest (not sure) gerudo fabric - clear the race minigame on gerudo training grounds, southeast of gerudo town korok fabric - use ascent from the navel of dekutree (where the koroks shops are) and do the quest of the korok you find in the "secret area"
you're missing fabrics you get from giving sayge photo references...
There's also the Nostalgic Pattern (paraglider from BOTW) You find it in a chest at the original Temple of Time on the Great Plateau where you receive it from the king in the first game.
