Mayausiy Shrine (Building Blocks) in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK) can be found inside the Forgotten Temple in the Tabantha Frontier Region. Read on to learn its location, puzzle solution, as well as all treasure chest locations in Mayausiy Shrine.

Mayausiy Shrine Location
Forgotten Temple, Tabantha Frontier Region
Mayausiy Shrine can be found deep within the Forgotten Temple in the Tabantha Frontier region. The ruins isn't filled with Decayed Guardians anymore but it is now home to a few Bokoblins.
The exact coordinates of the shrine is at -1169, 2602, -0083.
For the Forgotten Temple, the exact coordinates of its entrance is at -1460, 2208, -0043.
Travel to Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower, and launch yourself from there to glide southeast towards the entrance to the Forgotten Temple.
Puzzle Shrine
This is a Puzzle type Shrine, so you need to solve the puzzle to reach the end and get a Light of Blessing.
Try to look around the area to find a way to move forward, and remember to use Link's Ultrahand, Ascend, or Recall abilities!

- Use Ultrahand on the L-Shaped Blocks
- Defeat the Captain Construct in the Next Room
- Create a Makeshift Flight of Stairs
- Attach the Z-Shaped Block to the Incomplete Block Nearby
- Attach the T-Shaped Block Next
- Attach the L-Shaped Block
Video Guide
1. Use Ultrahand on the L-Shaped Blocks
Grab the two white L-shaped blocks using Ultrahand and piece them together with the incomplete block nearby so it matches the rectangular block on the left.
Enter the room up ahead when the gate opens.
2. Defeat the Captain Construct in the Next Room
A Captain Construct I will be waiting for you in the next room. Defeat it to get its loot.
3. Create a Makeshift Flight of Stairs
Continue forward from where the Captain Construct I was, then use Ultrahand to make a flight of stairs out of the white blocks in the room. Use your makeshift stairs to get the chest on top of the pillar in one corner of the room.
Alternatively, you can just stack the blocks on top of each other, then place it near the pillar.
Afterwards, use Ascend to reach the chest.
4. Attach the Z-Shaped Block to the Incomplete Block Nearby
Next, disassemble the blocks then grab the Z-shaped block and attach it to the incomplete block nearby.

5. Attach the T-Shaped Block Next
Grab the T-shaped block next then attach it to the incomplete block. You can refer to the image above to see the orientation of the block.
6. Attach the L-Shaped Block
Finally, grab the L-shaped block and attach it to the incomplete box to complete the cube.
Enter the room up ahead when the gate opens and examine the altar to get a Light of Blessing.

In the second room of the shrine, you'll find a couple of white blocks that you can attach to one another to create a makeshift flight of stairs. Use this to reach the chest on top of the pillar in one corner of the room.
Alternatively, you can just stack the blocks on top of each other, then place it near the pillar. Afterwards, use Ascend to reach the chest.
Grab the Large Zonai Charge inside and use it to power up your creations.
