The chest that contains Tingle's Tights can be found on the big ship that's in the middle of this cave. Head for the back of the ship and destroy the crates in it to reveal the chest that contains the armor.
Tingle's Tights Location and Stats
You can reach Cape Cales Cliffbase by travelling southeast from Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower. It's a long hike to the cave if you go there by foot. If you plan to launch yourself skyward and paraglide towards the cave, make sure you have plenty of stamina.
The entrance to the cave is at a cliff face by the sea. When you get to the area indicated in the map above, look for an opening on the base of the cliff. Enter it and whistle to open the gate to the cave.
Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower Location
This Bubbulfrog is located exactly at 3447, -3189, 0012 within Cape Cales Cliffbase Cave.
To get there, climb the big ship in the middle of the cave and defeat the Stalkoblins in it. Then, head for the bow of the ship and face west to see a small cavern. Head inside the cavern and use the floating wooden plank nearby so you'll have something to stand on.
The Bubbulfrog can be found at the ceiling of this small cavern. Shoot it with a bow and arrow to get a Bubbul Gem.
