To find the treasure chest with this armor, enter the middle sink hole to reach the room where you can find the Bubbulfrog and a small altar or tent with a chest in the middle. Open it to get the Phantom Greaves.
How to Get the Phantom Greaves: Location and Stats
To find the Ancient Altar Ruins, use the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower in the Gerudo Highlands region and glide southwest towards East Barrens where the multiple swirling sand pits are.
At the East Barrens are several sink holes on the sand. These sand pits act as the entrances to the cave and all of them lead to the Ancient Altar Ruins.
This Bubbulfrog is located exactly at -2517, -3731, -0033 within Ancient Altar Ruins.
It is located inside the same room and entrance of the Phantom Greaves.
