To find Mount Floria Cave, glide from Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower in East Necluda and land on the peak of Mount Floria to the west. On the northern cliffs of the mountain is a very small waterfall with the waterfall's mouth as the entrance to the cave.
Mount Floria has a second entrance to the south. To get there from Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower, again glide to the west and land on the summit of Mount Floria.
Head to Riola Spring and pass through its waterfall to find the south entrance to the cave hidden behind it.
This Bubbulfrog is located exactly at 1939, -2704, 0119 within Mount Floria Cave.
To find the Bubbulfrog, head north until you see two Bokoblins with bows hiding behind wooden planks.
