Go to the Reservoir Lakefront Cavern where Ledo is looking to get the Blue Stone he mentioned. You can build a boat to get there.

Grab a Blue Stone Inside the Cave

TOTK - The Blue Stone - Get Blue Stone

Head deeper into the cave and you will see several Blue Rocks on the right side of the cave. Grab one of the Blue Rocks and attach it to your boat.

You will also see a Bubbulfrog if you go to the left. You can shoot it and get a Bubbul Gem!

Give the Stone to Ledo

TOTK - The Blue Stone - Reward

Return to Ledo and give the Blue Stone to him. He will give you a Zora Fabric for helping him out!
