Enter the Hidden Passage in the Waterfall

The location mentioned by Sidon is located at the intersection of the Great Zora Bridge and the waterfall below it. You can go inside a hidden cave by passing through the waterfall in the middle.

Make sure you're not wearing the Zora Armor or it will make you swim up the waterfall!

Pass Through Another Waterfall

You will see another waterfall once inside. Be brave and pass through it to get to the hidden room.

Loot the Chest

The chest containing the treasure is lying at the end of the room. Loot it to get the Vah Ruta Divine Helm and finish the quest.
