Go to Hateno Village West Well to find a way to get inside the shed.

Drop Down the Well

TotK Head to the Right Tunnel

Drop down the well and enter the tunnel on your right.

Use Ascend

TotK Use Ascend to Enter the Shed

Head to a spot before reaching the breakable rocks along the tunnel. Reposition yourself until you can use the Ascend ability to get inside the shed.
