Head west and look for a tar pit surrounding the six dragon statues to get to the place mentioned in the monolith. The exact coordinates are 0186, 3180, 0174.
Take care moving around the area as you might fall into the tar pit and lose a heart.
Once you reach the lake with the six dragon statues, activate Sidon's Ability and do a charged attack to summon a ruin structure with a chest.
Note: Doing a different attack other than a charged attack won't work here!
Open the chest to receive five opals and complete the quest.
