It is possible to find the Igneo Pebblit when exploring Eldin Canyon and Eldin Canyon Depths.
If you have a picture of the Igneo Pebblit, you can set it as a target for your Sensor+, through the Compendium, to detect when one is nearby.
How to Unlock the Sensor +

You can defeat an Igneo Pebblit by hitting it with a weapon that can destroy rocks, such as the Cobble Crusher or a Boulder-Fused Weapon.
Hitting an Igneo Pebblit with a fused one-handed weapon will defeat it in two hits, while using a fused two-handed weapon or a Cobble Crusher only takes one hit to defeat it.
A quick way to deal with a Igneo Pebblit is to use a Bomb Flower that will immediately defeat it with one hit. This is especially effective against groups of Igneo Pebblits.
You can pick up the Igneo Pebblit you see and throw it. The moment the Igneo Pebblit hits the surface, it will explode and instantly be defeated.
Be aware that doing this will cause fire damage unless you are wearing the Flamebreaker Set or have the fireproof buff.
Igneo Pebblit A very young Igneo Talus. Their bodies toughen as they mature and convert fully into lava by adulthood. As a child, however, while still covered in fire, their bodies are fragile and light enough to be blown away by a blomb's blast. |
