Captain Constructs are more durable and powerful than Solider Constructs. Similar to Soldier Constructs, just employ the same tactics of learning their attack patterns and retaliating in response.
Additionally, a good indicator of knowing when to dodge or parry from a Construct is if its eye is glowing red.
Give yourself some distance and shoot an arrow towards its head. This will either stagger it, or straight out deconstruct its body. Be warned that Captain Constructs are more durable than Soldier Constructs when it comes to receiving attacks.
Use your shiled to block any incoming attacks towards you. You could also be creative and Fuse either a Zonai Flame Emitter, Zonai Frost Emitter, Zonai Shock Emitter, or Zonai Beam Emiiter to your shield. The best offense is a good defense.
When you use a combo attack on a Captain Construct, it usually drops the weapon it is wielding. You could either take or remove the weapon it dropped so you could lessen its overall attack output.
Captain Construct II An elite Soldier Construct, hence its "captain" title. Made by the Zonai with advanced techniques and magic. Compared to standard Captain Constructs, it has some upgrades, including enhanced endurance and more powerful weapons. |
