Activate the Secret of the Ring Ruins Main Quest

Tears of the Kingdom - Secret of the Ring Ruins

To get this armor, you need to activate the Secret of the Ring Ruins Main Quest by talking to Tauro and Paya near Kakariko Village and investigating the Ring Ruins first. Go back and talk to Paya and Tauro afterwards.

You need to do all the 4 Temples and fight Phantom Ganon in Hyrule Castle first to unlock this Main Quest.

Use the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and Go to Dracozu Lake

Tears of the Kingdom - Popla Foothills Skyview Tower

Fast travel to Popla Foothills Skyview Tower and use the launch pad to fling yourself in the sky. Use your paraglider to glide towards Dracozu Lake.

Talk to Tauro Inside and Open the Chest

Tears of the Kingdom - Charged Shirt Ruins

Enter the ruins near the lake and talk to Tauro inside. Afterward, open the chest to receive the Charged Shirt.

Prerequisites to Unlock the Charged Set

Note that to get this armor set in particular, you will need to complete all the 4 Temples and fight Phantom Ganon in Hyrule Castle first to unlock the Secret of the Ring Ruins Main Quest, which leads to unlocking this armor.

Rebuy from Cece for 4000 Rupees

TOTK - Cece Armor Shop

You can rebuy the Charged Shirt from Cece in Hateno Village for 4000 Rupees after obtaining the armor beforehand in the game.

You must complete The Mayoral Election Side Adventure first before you can access Cece's shop, the Ventest Clothing Store.
