Found in Chest Inside Cephla Lake Cave in Eldin Canyon

Finish Misko's Cave of Chest
To get this armor, you need to unlock Misko's Cave of Chests Side Quest by talking to Domidak and Pressin outside of Cephla Lake Cave. They will tell you about the treasure of Misko hidden inside the cave.

Rebuy from Cece for 4000 Rupees
You can rebuy the Ember Trousers from Cece in Hateno Village for 4000 Rupees after obtaining the armor beforehand in the game.
You must complete The Mayoral Election Side Adventure first before you can access Cece's shop, the Ventest Clothing Store.
