Get the Chest Under the Ship Near Lurelin Village

On the beach, you will see a huge ship with a chest underneath it. Use Ultrahand on the wooden slab and place it on the water, near the ship.

Stand on the wooden slab and use Ultrahand on the chest under the ship to lift it then place it on the shore and open it to receive the armor.
