    Like the other champion tunic this has a hidden effect that allows you to shoot beams from the master sword while below full health.

    You need to start by going back to the Great Plateau and receiving a quest from the Goddess statue in the Temple of Time. It involves dropping statue eyes into chasms across the Great Plateau. Afterwards, you need to bring them all to a bargainer statue below the Forge Construct area in the Great Abandoned Central Mine. Once that's done, you need to find and talk to all 7 bargainer statues(including the one from the quest), and it's unlocked for 400 Poes. Hope this helps!

    Found mine after finding/opening all the bargainer statues. The statues then offered it for 400 poes.

    u gotta do the quest for the statue in the great abandoned central mine. It involves the great plateau and returning its eyes
