Southeast of West Deplian Badlands

Travel to Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower in the Great Hyrule Forest Region, and launch yourself from there to glide northwest towards the pinned location on the map above.

The Forest Dweller's Sword is placed on a stone slab located at a Bokoblin Camp. The exact coordinates of the weapon are 0116, 3418, 0116.

You can either dispose of all the enemies in the area, or claim the weapon and run like there's no tomorrow.

South of Thyphlo Ruins

Travel to Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower in the Great Hyrule Forest Region, and launch yourself from there to glide south towards the pinned location on the map above.

The Forest Dweller's Sword is wielded by a Bokoblin located in the area. The exact coordinates of its location are 0320, 2893, 0186.

Defeat the Bokoblin encountered in the area so you could acquire the weapon it is wielding.

Obtained Through Walton's Treasure Hunt Side Quest in Korok Forest

The Forest Dweller's Sword location is tied to the side quest, Walton's Treasure Hunt, which can be unlocked by talking to Walton in the Korok Forest in Great Hyrule Forest.

The sword can be obtained by climbing to the top the Deku Tree, specifically located at 0415, 2174, 0242.

You will need to find this sword in order to progress the side quest.

You can get this weapon by chance inside a chest dropped by any variation of Like Likes. The chest randomly contains weapons and shields found in the region where a Like Like has dropped it.

You can reroll the content of the chest by saving before defeating the Like Like, and reloading the save if you did not get the equipment of your choice.
