To get the Fierce Deity Boots, first go to the Ancient Tree Stump, which is located close to Mount Daphnes in Hyrule Field with the coordinates: -1085, -0526, 0064.
Go to the middle of the giant tree stump at -1108, -0440, 0064 to find the Ancient Tree Stump Cave.
Reach the bottom of the cave to find a path blocked by vines. Use fire to burn the vines and head further inside the cave. You will encounter a Like Like near the area, but you can decide whether to engage it or not.
Inside, you will find a giant root extending upward. Climb up the root until you see another path blocked by vines. Use fire again to burn the vines blocking your path.
Head inside to find the treasure chest containing the armor. Open the chest to get the Fierce Deity Boots.
The Fierce Deity Boots is part of the Misko's Treasure: The Fierce Deity side quest. This comes after you complete another side quest, Misko's Cave of Chests.
You do not need to start the quest to get the boots, but the quest hints to the armor's locations. You can also get the Fierce Deity Sword after completing all of the set's armor pieces.
