Talk to Loone near East Akkala Stable to trigger the quest to start. If it's raining, you can find her inside her tent nearby.

Talk to Loone

Loone is located near Jochi-iu Shrine at coordinates (4339, 2816, 0142). She will stay in her tend if it's raining.

She will mention that she wants to look at the great skeletons around Hyrule, with wanting to see Eldin's Great Skeleton first.

Go to the Eldin Great Skeleton

Go to the Eldin Great Skeleton at coordinates (1670, 3668, 0100). You can travel to Mayak Shrine and head east from there.

Talk to Loone Again

You can find Loone in front of the Great Skeleton. Talk to her and she will say that the fossilized left eye is missing and she can't really appreciate its beauty.

Destroy the Stone Rubble

The fossilized eye is located under the stone rubble below the skull. Use explosives to destroy the stone rubble to reveal the eye.

Use Ultrahand to Return the Eye

Use Ultrahand to move the eye and return it on the great skeleton's left eye socket.

Return to Loone

Return to Loone and tell her that the eye is back. She will reward you with a Purple Rupee as thanks!
