Yiga Schematics are located inside storehouses in Yiga Hideouts. However, theses storehouses have seals on their doors; to unlock this seal, defeat the Seal Guard that are usually close by. They are marked similiar to the seals on the doors.
To eliminate them easier, launch into the air, equip your bow with a Bomb Flower, then aim towards the Seal Guard.

Yiga Schematics are hidden in sealed storehouses inside Yiga Hideouts. You need to get rid of Seal Guards to open these storehouses.
To easily invade Yiga Hideouts, equip the Yiga Set, which will prevent Yiga Clan members from noticing Link. This will make eliminating the Seal Guards easier.

How to Build Cargo Carrier |

To access a schematic, equip the Autobuild ability by holding down the L button. If you don't have it, you need to unlock the ability first. Without this, you cannot access any of the builds you've created or any schematic collected.
After selecting a schematic, make sure to have the necessary wooden boards, stone slabs, or other Zonai Devices within the purple circle. Autobuild will check if the required materials are present and will build as soon as they are confirmed.
Zonai Devices can be collected from Zonai Dispensers or brought out from your inventory.
If you're missing a couple of materials for a Schematic or have none lying around or in your inventory, you can pay for the missing pieces with Zonaites. Be sure to stock up as each schematic varies in Zonaite requirements.
