Tips and Strategies

Aim for the Head with a Bow

TOTK - Aim for the Head Horriblin

Blue Horriblins are one of the weakest types of horriblins, so you can usually take them out with one or two critical hits when aiming for the head with a bow and arrow.

Shooting them while they're hanging on cave ceilings also causes them to fall down to the floor and disabes them for a time, giving you the chance to reach and attack them.

Throw Dazzlefruits to Make Them Fall

Using Dazzlefruits on Horriblins also causes them to fall and temporarily disables them on the ground. This gives you enough time to land hits on them or steal their weapons.

Use Spears During Close Combat

Horriblins crawl on cave ceilings and can be hard to reach when fighting them at close combat using short weapons. Spears can prove to be effective against them as it can reach most heights within small caves.

Use Recall to Return Thrown Rocks

Horriblins throw rocks at you and you can use Recall to throw it back at them, hitting them and making them fall down. This will render them incapacitated for a moment, giving you enough time to attack and defeat them.
