Use Spear Weapons

Keeses usually attack in groups and will surround you once they get closer. It is recommended to use any melee weapon, especially with long-range like spears to prevent them from getting too close to you.

Sometimes, you will encounter a swarm of Keese flying around Hyrule. You can fuse a Bomb Flower with an arrow and shoot the swarm which will wipe out most of the Keese in the swarm.
