If you have a picture of the Keese, you can set it as a target for your Sensor+, through the Compendium, to detect when one is nearby.

Use Spear Weapons

Keeses usually attack in groups and will surround you once they get closer. It is recommended to use any melee weapon, especially with long-range like spears to prevent them from getting too close to you.

Sometimes, you will encounter a swarm of Keese flying around Hyrule. You can fuse a Bomb Flower with an arrow and shoot the swarm which will wipe out most of the Keese in the swarm.
