The Charged Trousers is a Legwear that players can equip in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK). Read on to learn the location and how to get the Charged Trousers, its defense stats, armor effects, as well as the required upgrade materials.

After getting the Charged Shirt from its ruins, go outside and go left. Afterward, go to the first left again and follow along the river until you see a blocked ruin on the right side of the river.
Use Vow of Yunobo's Charged Cannonball ability or fuse a Bomb Flower with an arrow to destroy the breakable wall. Open the chest inside to receive the Charged Trousers.
Note that to get this armor set in particular, you will need to complete all the 4 Temples and fight Phantom Ganon in Hyrule Castle first to unlock the Secret of the Ring Ruins Main Quest, which leads to unlocking this armor.
How to Get the Charged Set: Location and Set Bonus
You can rebuy the Charged Trousers from Cece in Hateno Village for 4000 Rupees after obtaining the armor beforehand in the game.
You must complete The Mayoral Election Side Adventure first before you can access Cece's shop, the Ventest Clothing Store.

Equipping the Charged Trousers will grant you the effect: Stormy Weather Attack.
