Head northwest from the Scorching Coliseum inside the depths until you reach the Eldin Dark Skeleton. This area is near the edge of the map and it is full of gloom.
Upon reaching Eldin Dark Skeleton, head inside and go towards the jaw bone. You can obtain the Trousers of the Wild by opening the chest in this area.
New Gloom Status Condition: How to Cure
You can buy the Trousers of the Wild for 400 Poes from a Bargainer Statue in the Depths after getting the armor first in-game.
