You can get the Cap of Twilight in a chest at the Gleeok Den found in the Great Hyrule Forest Depths at coordinates (0250, 3122, - 0623). You can get here by dropping down in the Drenan Highlands Chasm west of the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower or fast traveling to Katenim Lightroot and making your way towards the entrance of the Gleeok Den.
Alternatively, you can get the Cap of Twilight by scanning the Link (Super Smash Bros.) amiibo.

The Tunic of Twilight can be found inside a chest in the Rist Mine in Akkala Sea Depths with coordinates (4515, 2163, - 0454). You can reach Rist Mine by dropping down in the East Akkala Plains Chasm east of the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower or by fast traveling to Akinatanis Lightroot and heading southeast to reach the entrance of Rist Mine.
Alternatively, you can get the Tunic of Twilight by scanning the Link (Super Smash Bros.) amiibo.

The Trousers of Twilight can be found inside a chest inside the Ancient Underground Fortress in Akkala Highlands Depths with coordinates (3318, 1505, - 0856). You can reach the Ancient Underground Fortress by dropping down in the South Akkala Plains Chasm south of the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower or by fast traveling to Niuzimod Lightroot, as the fortress is directly below the lightroot.
Alternatively, you can get the Tunic of Twilight by scanning the Link (Super Smash Bros.) amiibo.
