Go to Akkala Ancient Tech Lab and knock on the door.
Two enemies will spawn that will try to kill you. Defeat the two of them then enter the house and and talk to Konba to get the Yiga Armor.
Take note that this item is required to complete Infiltrating the Yiga Clan Side Adventure.
Infiltrating the Yiga Clan Walkthrough
You can rebuy the Yiga Armor from Cece in Hateno Village for 4000 Rupees after obtaining the armor beforehand in the game.
You must complete The Mayoral Election Side Adventure first before you can access Cece's shop, the Ventest Clothing Store.

The Yiga Armor is a Body Armor that has a base defense of 1.
Equipping the Yiga Armor will grant you the effect: Stealth Up.
It is a part of the Yiga Set, and wearing the whole set grants the Night Speed Up Set Bonus.
