Yiga Clan Hideout is a Settlement found in the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK). Read on for more information about Yiga Clan Hideout, all shops, items, and points of interest in the area, and all available quests.

The nearest fast travel point to the hideout is Rotsumamu Shrine; however, if you haven't unlocked the back entrance yet, the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower is the nearer fast travel point.
When you arrive to the hideout, you'll find Mimos, who wants to enter the hideout to learn the Earthwake Technique, but is unable to do so because Yiga Armor is needed to enter the hideout.

After talking to Mimos, the Infilitrating the Yiga Clan Hideout sidequest will start, where you need to find the find the pieces of the Yiga Armor Set. Once you're wearing the whole set, talk to the Yiga member behind the door to be allowed in.
Note that if you remove any of the Yiga Armor inside the hideout (with the exception of wearing the Lightning Helm), you'll get kicked out and forced to battle a group of Yigas, so be careful!

One of the vendors sells a Spikes attachment, which is a material that deals damage when touched. It is useful attached to Zonai vehicles to deal damage when bumping into enemies.

The Gloomdredger is a Zonaite vehicle sold by one of the Yiga engineers. It initially costs 999 Rupees but will drop to 500 Rupees once you become a Yiga Blademaster.
Do note that you will purchase the vehicle itself and not a Schematic for it. You need to buy one again if you lose or destroy the vehicle.

The HOVERDOOM MK. 3 is a Zonaite vehicle sold by one of the Yiga engineers. It initially costs 99 Rupees but will drop to 50 Rupees once you become a Yiga Blademaster.
Do note that you will purchase the vehicle itself and not a Schematic for it. You need to buy one again if you lose or destroy the vehicle.

Rotsumamu Shrine is located near the back entrance of the hideout. It serves as the settlement's fast travel point, but only after you unlock the back entrance by becoming a Yiga Blademaster.
If you haven't unlocked the back entrance yet, it's faster to get inside the hideout from the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower.

Deep into the hideout, you'll encounter a training room. Talk to the Yiga Blademaster to take on the training challenges where you gain various rewards after defeating a certain amount of Yigas. The entry fee is 100 Rupees after the first try.
Once you defeat the challenge, you'll be able to get to the next room and access the back entrance. Some purchasable items around the hideout will also become cheaper.

I defeated master kogha before doing this will it affect any of this due to the random yiga spawns that attack link now? Also if I wore the yiga armor would I get attacked by these random yiga spawns
