How to Complete Legend of the Great Sky Island |

This challenge requires you to light all three bonfires in the Great Sky Island within 12 hours (which is 12 minutes in real time).
You also have to do it without touching the surface of the island, so the only way to complete it is by shooting the bonfires with a bow.
Oh by the way, you also need the Zora Armor for this challenge as it allows you to swim up waterfalls and regain elevation while also restoring your stamina.
Hop off the Temple of Time and glide left towards the three waterfalls. Swim up to one of them and shoot the first bonfire on your left with a fire arrow.
The second bonfire is located on the frigid area east of the island. Switch your headgear or legwear with a piece of the Snowquill Set to counter the temperature.
Swim up to one of the waterfalls nearby and light up the bonfire below on your right.
The last bonfire will be marked on your map. Glide southwest near the center of the island and you will find the bonfire near some waterfalls.
Remember, you still can't land yet!
Glide north and use the waterfalls that you'll run into to replenish stamina and regain altitude.
Reach the roof of the Temple of Time and talk to the Steward Construct to complete the quest.

So I went to the temple of time and finished the Zora armor quest but the construct was not there. I suspect it’s because I finished the quest before killing sludge like and I completed the water temple. Can someone please explain this?
